I-Beam Cart: Available in medium, heavy, and light load types, with corresponding wheel sizes of 86, 73, and 55mm. Load capacities are less than or equal to 50-150kg per type, categorized by single, double, and triple deck levels. Each type includes an I-Beam cart that provides electrical power to crane trolleys, consisting of running wheels, brackets, and decks. The soft cable is secured to the decks, synchronized with the I-Beam cable pulley by the traction frame, thereby achieving the purpose of cable power supply.
Detailed Description:
The I-Beam Cart series includes models I, II, III, IV, and V. If customers opt for 12#, 14#, 16#, or larger I-Beam sizes, please specify at the time of order, and our factory can supply a complete set. The GHC-III I-Beam Cart is designed for moving suspended and relocating power machinery during movement and has been widely used in various applications. This device boasts sturdy construction, flexibility in movement, and reliability, among other advantages.
The notable features of the GHC-Ⅲ I-Beam Pulley include its high stiffness, strong load-bearing capacity, easy installation, and smooth operation. It also comes with an electric pulley, which ensures it maintains the same speed as the traction equipment, thereby reducing cable damage during operation. It is particularly suitable for wider or heavier cables, where its superiority is even more pronounced.
It operates normally in indoor, outdoor, dusty, greasy, and environments with significant temperature differences. The TB-GZG type pulley consists of three parts: the traction pulley, the cable pulley, and the end pulley. The traction pulley follows the guide cable (traction) device of the moving machinery, with one per moving machinery, operating back and forth with the machinery.
The GHC-Ⅲ type I-beam pulley device is used for the suspension and movement of power supply cables during the movement of mechanical equipment, and has been widely used in various lifting machinery. The device boasts sturdy structure, flexible movement, and reliable safety.
Intermediate cable pulleys suspend the cables within the I-beam track range, moving with the traction pulley. Both ends are equipped with shock absorbers, and the number of pulleys varies according to the length of movement. The terminal pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, typically one per moving mechanism. This series includes models 6#, 8#, 10#, 12#, 14#, 16#, and more. If the user opts for a larger I-beam size, please specify, and our factory can supply a complete set.
The GHC-Ⅲ type I-beam pulley consists of three parts: the牵引 pulley, the cable pulley, and the terminal pulley. The牵引 pulley follows the moving mechanical cable (traction) device, with one per moving mechanical, operating back and forth with the moving mechanical. The middle cable pulley suspends the cable within the I-beam track range and moves with the牵引 pulley, equipped with shock absorber heads at both ends. The number of pulleys varies depending on the length of movement. The terminal pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, usually one per moving mechanical.
Product Introduction:
The HC series cable pulley series lightweight cable transmission pulley devices are used for the suspension and movement of power supply cables during the movement of mechanical equipment. They have been widely applied in various lifting machinery. The device features a sturdy structure, flexible movement, and is safe and reliable.
The lightweight load cable pulley consists of three parts: the winch pulley, cable pulley, and end pulley. The winch pulley follows the cable guide (traction) device of the moving machinery, with one per moving machinery, operating back and forth with the machinery. The intermediate cable pulley suspends the cable within the I-beam track range, moving with the winch pulley. Both ends are equipped with shock absorbers. The number of pulleys varies depending on the length of movement. The end pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, typically one per moving machinery.
This series of pulleys includes models I, II, III, IV, and V. If the customer opts for 12#, 14#, 16#, or a larger size of I-beam, please specify it upon ordering. Our factory can provide a complete set of supplies.
Product Introduction:
The HC series cable pulley is a conductive form of power supply for crane trolleys, consisting of running wheels, brackets, and a tray. The flexible cable is securely fastened to the tray, synchronized with the cable pulley by the traction frame, thereby achieving the purpose of powering the trolley.
The HC series cable pulleys are available in medium, heavy, and light load types, with three sizes of pulley wheels: Φ80, Φ63, and Φ50. Their load capacity ranges from 50 to 150 kg. Each type is divided into single, double, and triple deck plates, with three configurations in each category. The first end features a cable trolley, the end is a fixed hanging bracket, and the middle is the cable pulley.
Light Load Cable Conduction Pulley Instructions
1. After the fixed hanging bracket is installed, a panel should be hung on the back.
2. Adjust the tow head to ensure the cart does not touch the upper and lower edges of the tow hole throughout its travel.
3. The cable length is 1.2 times the crane span plus 8 meters.
4. Adjust the traction wire rope to be shorter than the length of the same cable section, with the wire rope bearing the tension during operation.
5. When the cable diameters are unequal, soft rubber should be placed between the cable clamps to make their outer diameters roughly the same, facilitating the secure clamping of the cable.
6. When laying cable, ensure both sides of the cable tray are evenly supported.
7. When the cable pulley is two or three layers, the requirements are the same.
8. The double washers on the pulley assembly are adjustment washers. When the guide rail is not suitable, place the washers on the inside of the fixed plate to adjust the width of the track. The products are manufactured with guides as I 100*68*4.5, I 120*74*5, I 140*80*5, and I 160*88*6 at the factory. Non-standard pulleys are produced according to the drawings.
