The CNC middle groove welding machine is primarily used for surfacing and melting coating of the angular welds and wear-resistant surface on the middle groove of coal machinery. Its applications and features are as follows:
Based on the development of a nine-axis CNC system, the machine can be expanded with additional functions as required by the process. Multi-functional design covers common welds on the middle slot, such as 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm internal and external corner welds, as well as diamond, zigzag, and T-shaped surfacing welds.

The welding process library is comprehensive, enabling direct retrieval of parameters, matching the welding path offset, welding speed, current, and voltage, with simple operation.
