Ideal choice for high-voltage, high-current equipment
The HYGFM common busbar system housing is made of aluminum alloy or low-magnetic steel plate (stainless steel), with rectangular conductors inside. The槽形母排 (busbars) are made of copper or aluminum, and the system's rated current can reach 6300A. The rated working voltage is up to 35kV. This system is widely used for current transmission between generator outlets and transformers, or between transformers and high-voltage distribution cabinets. It can also be applied to generator AC/DC excitation circuits, power supply introduction to substation, or power lines for other industrial and civil facilities.
Safe and reliable
Busbar conductors are supported by high-strength insulators with large creepage distances, providing the system with excellent short-circuit electrical performance and appropriately spaced insulator supports to fully avoid the risk of system resonance. The fully enclosed shell with multiple grounding points eliminates the danger of electric shock to personnel.
Low temperature rise
The large seismic bracket line casing is made of aluminum alloy or low-magnetic materials to avoid induction eddy current heating, thereby reducing its temperature rise. It also enhances the heat dissipation performance. The conductor joints are treated with tin-plating or silver-plating, which lowers the contact resistance and results in a smaller temperature rise at the conductor joints, improving the electrical conductivity.
High protection grade. Easy operation and maintenance.
Busbar housing has IP54 protection level. It can eliminate ground faults caused by external moisture, dust, and foreign objects. Observation windows, temperature warning marks, or temperature measurement remote monitoring devices can be installed at both ends of the system or at critical locations. Easy for operation and maintenance.
