NHMC Fire-Resistant Busway
This product utilizes high-temperature mica tape insulation material to ensure the electrical insulation performance of the conductive busbars. The surface treatment of the housing employs two layers of fire-resistant paint for both bottom and top spraying. After being exposed to high-temperature flame radiation, this fire-resistant paint can form a foam-like protective layer 30~50mm thick. It protects the outer perimeter of the busway, providing insulation and ensuring the housing does not burn directly. This guarantees the normal operation of the busway system in the event of a fire.
This product has electrical performance equivalent to standard other busbar trunking models under normal conditions. Order specifications should refer to the technical parameters and current ratings of NHMC fire-resistant busbar trunking. The installation structure is the same as other busbar trunkings. Please refer to this for selection.
NHMC Copper Busway Technical Performance
Our NHMC type fire-resistant insulated bus ducts comply with the international standard IEC439-2, as well as the national standards JB8511-1996 for air-insulated bus ducts and GB/T9978-88 for fire resistance tests of building components.
2. The NHMC type refractory insulating busway is used with rated voltages below 660V and frequencies of 50Hz or 60Hz.
3. The NHMC type refractory insulated busway maintains electrical integrity for 30 minutes during fire, with a test voltage of 1000V. Insulation resistance remains above 10MΩ, and at 60 minutes of fire, it drops to 0.5MΩ. The test voltage is above 1000V.
4. The NHMC type fire-resistant insulated busway is connected with double-row bolts. It offers extremely stable performance and is easy to install. The housing protection grade meets the requirements specified by IP40.
