The Hole Sealing Equipment is composed of three different types of machinery: the Hole Punching Machine, the Sealing Device, and the Lower Sealing Device. They share a common frame, which is made up of components such as the sector gate valve, upper and lower connectors, left and right positioning fixing devices, temporary bypass ports, relief valves, and pressure gauges. The frame serves to provide a support base for the Hole Punching Machine, Sealing Device, and Lower Sealing Device, while also using its left and right fixing devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipeline. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE piping components; the upper connector connects to the Hole Punching Machine, Sealing Device, and Lower Sealing Device, respectively, and is sealed. The sector gate valve is an essential device for opening and closing during the equipment spring change in the hole sealing process. The frame material is made of aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing, featuring high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and light weight.
