The perforation and sealing equipment consists of three different types of machinery: the perforator, the sealing tool, and the lower sealing tool. They share a common frame, which is composed of a sector gate valve, upper and lower connectors, left and right positioning fastening devices, temporary bypass connections, relief valves, pressure gauges, and other components. The frame serves as a support for the perforator, sealing tool, and lower sealing tool, and utilizes its left and right fastening devices to connect and securely fasten the running PE pipeline. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE pipe fittings; the upper connector connects and seals to the perforator, sealing tool, and lower sealing tool; the sector gate valve is an essential device for opening and closing during the equipment spring change in the perforation and sealing process. The frame material is made of aluminum alloy, treated by anodizing process, featuring high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and light weight.
