The Hole Plugging Equipment consists of three different types of machinery: a Hole Punching Machine, a Plugging Tool, and a Lower Plugging Device. They share a common frame, which is made up of components such as a sector gate valve, upper and lower connectors, left and right positioning fasteners, temporary bypass connections, relief valves, and pressure gauges. The frame serves as a support for the Hole Punching Machine, Plugging Tool, and Lower Plugging Device, and also uses its left and right fastening devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipe. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE fittings; the upper connector connects and seals separately to the Hole Punching Machine, Plugging Tool, and Lower Plugging Device; the sector gate valve is a crucial device for opening and closing during the equipment spring change in the hole plugging process. The frame is made of aluminum alloy, treated by anodizing, featuring high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and light weight.
