The perforation and plugging equipment is composed of three different types of machinery: perforating machines, plugging tools, and lower plugging devices. They share a common frame, which is made up of components such as sector plate valves, top and bottom connectors, left and right positioning fixtures, temporary bypass connections, relief valves, pressure gauges, and more. The frame serves as a support for the perforating machines, plugging tools, and lower plugging devices, and utilizes its left and right fixing devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipelines. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE piping components; the upper connector connects to the perforating machine, plugging tool, and lower plugging device respectively, and is sealed; the sector plate valve is an essential device for opening and closing during the equipment spring change in the perforation and plugging process. The frame is made of aluminum alloy, treated by anodizing process, and features high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and light weight.
