The hole sealing equipment consists of three different types of machinery: a hole punch, a sealing device, and a lower sealing device. They share a common frame, which is composed of a sector gate valve, upper and lower connectors, left and right positioning fixtures, temporary bypass connections, relief valves, pressure gauges, and other components. The frame serves as a support for the hole punch, sealing device, and lower sealing device, and uses its left and right fixing devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipeline. The lower connector connects and seals with PE pipe fittings; the upper connector connects and seals with the hole punch, sealing device, and lower sealing device; the sector gate valve is a crucial device for opening and closing during the equipment spring change of the hole sealing process. The frame material is made of aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing, featuring high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and lightweight.
