1. Support Method
Setting support brackets outside the pipeline and plugging leaks using tools and sealing washers is known as the support method. This approach is suitable for plugging leaks in larger pipelines and is adopted due to the inability to secure it on the main body.
2. Pressure Top Method
A method for fixing a bolt on the pipeline to directly or indirectly plug leaks in equipment and pipeline, known as the top-pressure method. This method is suitable for plugging leaks at sand holes, small holes, and other leak points on medium and low-pressure pipelines.
3. Clamp method
The method of stopping leaks by securing a sealant pad in place with a clamp band (clamp) is referred to as the Clamp Band Method.
4. Solder Seating Method
A method of securing a sealing gasket and cover plate by bolting them tightly against the inner or outer surface of a hole to achieve leak prevention, known as the cover plate method. This technique is suitable for low-pressure, easily manipulated pipe leak sealing.
