Attach the hook of the tie-down device to one end of the cargo.

Thread the ribbon from the other end through the hole in the ratchet lock.

3. Pull down the tensioner, and the strap will become tighter.

4. Tighten to the appropriate level, then combine and secure the tie-downs, operation complete.

How to dismantle the locking device:

Pull the latching device upwards to unlock the latch.
