Attach the latch hook to one end of the cargo.

Thread the ribbon from the other end through the hole of the buckle ratchet.

3. Pull down the tensioner, and the strap will become tighter.

4. Tighten to the appropriate level, then combine and secure the fastener; operation complete.

How to disassemble the locking device:

Pull the tie-down upwards to unlock the latch.
