The function of a manual hydraulic pump is to convert the mechanical energy of a power source (such as an electric motor and an internal combustion engine) into the pressure energy of a liquid.
Operation Principle: The cam is driven by an electric motor to rotate. As the cam pushes the plunger upward, the sealed volume formed by the plunger and cylinder decreases, causing oil to be挤出 from the sealed volume and排出 through a one-way valve to the required location. When the cam rotates to the downward part of the curve, the spring forces the plunger downward, creating a vacuum, and the oil in the oil tank is drawn into the sealed volume due to atmospheric pressure. The cam continuously raises and lowers the plunger, causing the sealed volume to periodically decrease and increase, thus the pump continuously吸取and排油.
