Galvanized bending pipes are a type of bending pipe where a layer of zinc is plated on the surface to enhance corrosion resistance. They are categorized into hot-dipped galvanized and electro-galvanized, with hot-dipped having thicker zinc coating and electro-galvanized being more cost-effective but with a less smooth surface. Bending pipes are also divided into cold galvanized and hot galvanized, where the former is now banned, and the latter is still recommended by the government for temporary use.
In manufacturing, galvanized pipes sold directly are used to produce, such production is often used for annealing. Another process is zinc coating after the production is completed.
