Packaging Fabric: Non-woven fabric, plain weave non-woven, lightweight non-woven, thin non-woven, in white color. Suitable for rubber cables, power cables, wires, communication cables, coaxial cables, audio stage cables, and optical fibers, etc. Being finer and lighter, the cost of cable production is not high. It is also flexible, ideal for various wire and cable jacketing materials. The non-woven fabric for cables can withstand temperatures up to 230 degrees without melting or deforming. It doesn't require cable woven fabric, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and sulfurization.
Additionally, due to the cores of cables being able to connect under external force, the cable covering is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of cable packaging fabrics is mostly non-woven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively scarce. As non-woven fabrics do not require spinning or weaving, they arrange short textile fibers or filaments in an oriented or random alignment to form a fiber network structure, and then reinforce it using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods.
