Packaging Fabric: Non-woven fabric, plain weave non-woven, lightweight non-woven, thin non-woven, in white color. Suitable for rubber cables, power cables, wires, communication cables, coaxial cables, audio stage cables, and optical fibers, etc. Being thinner and lighter, the cost of cable production is not high, and it has flexibility, making it ideal for various wire and cable coatings. The non-woven fabric for cables has excellent resistance to temperature, can withstand up to 230 degrees without melting or deforming, and does not require woven cable fabric for good corrosion and sulfur resistance.
Additionally, since cable cores can be connected under external force, the cable sheath is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of cable packaging fabrics is mostly non-woven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively scarce. As non-woven fabrics do not require spinning or weaving, they merely align short textile fibers or filaments in a directional or random manner to form a fiber network structure, and then reinforce it using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods.
