We also handle the cleaning and descaling of refrigeration and heating equipment.
Jining Grean Cleaning Company stocks dozens of cleaning machines ranging from 10mpa to 250mpa, and over a dozen chemical cleaning pump stations. Our main services are provided to power plants, chemical factories, oil refineries, food processing plants, corporate entities, heating equipment, and more. The company also offers long-term industrial heat exchanger cleaning and design solutions to clients in the industry.
Our company has newly acquired domestic cleaning machines and imported cleaning equipment. We have hired experienced technical specialists in the cleaning industry, enabling the cleaning of heat exchange equipment to be standardized and regulated.

Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Recirculating closed-loop cleaning
Circulating cleaning involves utilizing two existing parallel deslagging pipelines to form a circuit with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain acidity concentration is added, which circulates through the slurry pipes for cleaning. As the acidity washes down to a certain level, more acid solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single slurry pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a circulating cleaning loop. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.
Open road cleaning
No two gray pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single gray pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the liquid tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the gray pipe. This process requires adding cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases costs.
Continuous cleaning without shutdown
The process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while simultaneously introducing a certain quantity of ash conveying pipe operation cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent for open-circuit cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aids is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water and reducing the formation of air blockages, ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, first estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the descaling agent and pipeline cleaning agent by considering the sludge water flow rate and acidity. During cleaning, take a sample at the front end of the sludge pipe every 30 minutes to test the acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the acid flow rate. In the later stage of cleaning, take a sample at the end of the sludge pipe every 15 minutes to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be deemed complete.
2. High-pressure water jet cleaning equipment
High-pressure water jet cleaning is efficient, cost-effective, non-damaging to workpieces, environmentally friendly, easy to operate, and safe.
Advantages of high-pressure water technology include:
(1) Excellent Cleaning Quality: The high-pressure water jet cleaning for pipes and the inner holes of heat exchangers can thoroughly remove all scale and blockages inside, revealing the metal substrate. The high-pressure water jet, with its immense energy and supersonic speed, is fully capable of destroying hard scale and blockages without causing any damage to the metal.
High-pressure water cleaning will not damage the surface being cleaned, as the pressure is less than the compressive strength grade of the metal.
(2) Fast Cleaning Speed: Due to the combined action of jet washing, wedge splitting, shearing, and abrasive cutting, scale can be quickly broken and removed, making the cleaning process several to tens of times faster than traditional chemical methods, sandblasting, simple mechanical, and manual methods.
Additionally, parts cleaned with high-pressure water jetting do not require secondary cleaning; whereas, after chemical cleaning, the surface chemical must be rinsed off with clear water.
(3) Non-polluting Environment: As high-pressure water jet cleaning uses clean water as the medium, it does not generate large amounts of dust like sandblasting or simple mechanical cleaning, which can pollute the air and harm health. Nor does it produce large volumes of waste liquid like some chemical cleaning methods, which can contaminate rivers, soil, and water quality. The water jet cleaning using clean water is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. After atomizing the jet, it can also reduce the dust concentration in the work area, lowering atmospheric dust levels from 80mg/m³ using other methods to below the national safety standards. Therefore, it does not cause any pollution.

Pipe Scale
(1) Classified by chemical composition, they include carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the main components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively.
(2) Classified by physical properties, there are two types: hard scale that firmly adheres to the pot shell and tube walls, and loose sediment that is easily detached.
Scale primarily forms due to the salts like calcium and magnesium in the boiler feedwater that precipitate and adhere to the metal surface upon heating. The thermal conductivity of scale is very low, approximately 2 to 5 times that of ordinary steel. Scale deposited on the boiler's heating surface greatly deteriorates the heat transfer efficiency and affects the boiler's performance; it can easily cause metal materials to burn due to local overheating, even leading to pipe explosion accidents; it accelerates galvanic corrosion, causing pipeline scale corrosion and speeding up the damage to the heating surface. Once scale forms, it should be removed promptly using either mechanical or chemical methods.
