Chemical cleaning descaling process:

Recirculating closed-loop cleaning

Recirculation cleaning involves using two existing parallel ash pipeline sections to form a loop, which, together with the cleaning pump station, creates a recirculation system. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, allowing it to circulate and clean within the ash water pipes. As the acid washing reduces to a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished with more acid. Open Path Cleaning

The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit and continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the blending tank, then injecting it into the gray pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires additional cleaning equipment to be installed during shutdown, which increases costs.

Continuous operation cleaning

This process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while operating under normal ash输送 conditions without interruption. Simultaneously, a certain quantity of ash输送 tube cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent is added for operation. An open-loop cleaning is conducted. The main function of the cleaning additive is to facilitate the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash deposits at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water and reducing the occurrence of airlock, ensuring the quality of ash tube cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: Prior to cleaning, first estimate the required acid quantity based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate for the ash removal and pipeline descaling agents based on the flow rate of the gray water and acidity. During cleaning, collect a sample at the front of the ash pipeline every 30 minutes to test the acidity, and strictly control the acidity by adjusting the flow rate of acid addition. In the later stage of cleaning, collect a sample at the end of the ash pipeline every 15 minutes to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be considered complete.

Advantages of high-pressure water technology include:
