Chemical cleaning scale removal process:

Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning

Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel deslagging pipelines to form a loop, creating a circulating system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, and it circulates within the sludge water pipes for cleaning. As the acid cleaning reaches a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single sludge water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a recirculating loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.

No two gray pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only a single gray pipe can be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the dosing tank, and then injecting it into the gray pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases costs.

Continuous cleaning without shutdown

The process involves continuously injecting a specific quantity of acid solution while the ash pipeline is operating normally and not shut down, simultaneously adding a certain amount of ash pipeline operation cleaning inhibitor and pipeline cleaning descaler for open-circuit cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aid is to promote the reaction between the acid solution and the ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water and reducing the occurrence of airlock, ensuring the quality of ash pipeline cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, first estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the descaling agent and pipeline cleaning agent in the sludge conveying pipeline according to the flow rate and acidity of the sludge water. During the cleaning process, take a sample at the sampling point at the front end of the sludge pipeline every 30 minutes to test the acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the flow rate of acid addition. In the later stage of cleaning, take a sample at the end of the sludge pipeline every 15 minutes to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be considered complete.

High-pressure water jet cleaning offers advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, non-damaging to workpieces, environmental friendliness, ease of operation, and safety.
Advantages of high-pressure water technology include:

(1) Excellent Cleaning Quality: High-pressure water jet cleaning of pipe and heat exchanger bores effectively removes all scale and blockages inside, revealing the metal substrate.
