Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning

Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash removal pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates within the ash water pipeline for cleaning. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. Continuous operation cleaning

This process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while simultaneously introducing a specific quantity of ash-pipe running cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent. The system is opened up for cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aid is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and ash deposits at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water and reducing the occurrence of air blockages, ensuring the quality of ash-pipe cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, estimate the required acid quantity based on the total scale in the pipeline.
