2. The use of C12MoV material for rolling mill rolls takes advantage of its wear resistance. However, its specific strength and hardness are contradictory. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized, and it requires two or even three tempering cycles after quenching to achieve the desired hardness.

3. The track arc section is the core part of the slider. After the initial forming of the arc, during subsequent rolling and bending to create the vertical edges, the formed arc should be effectively restrained through the upper and lower roller or cross wheel. Otherwise, the arc position will change during the stretching process, with the radius R decreasing to form a triangle, causing the ball to not reach the bottom and resulting in noise from two-point contact. When the radius R increases, it leads to vibration with the track, causing blurred tracks during slider usage, uneven distribution of force, slider deformation, and ultimately缩短 lifespan.

4. Rolling stability issues: Often encounter the problem of material swinging left and right in the rolling channel during production. This is actually due to uneven force distribution on a single roller set, with more force on the left causing the material to swing to the right, and more force on the right causing the material to swing to the left.
