Product Introduction:
The hollow impeller dryer utilizes vacuum drying to obtain dry powder starting from a filter or centrifugal filter cake; in a closed system, hot water, steam, or hot fluid is used as a jacket, the heating medium in the hollow impeller and hollow shaft.
Standard design of the hollow paddle dryer includes a dust collector, condenser, receiver, and vacuum pump. The hollow paddle dryer features a cylindrical jacketed vessel with a central shaft and innovative paddle blades.s2-RVPDThe agitator blades are designed to sweep the entire inner surface, simultaneously rotating the material, ensuring all product mediums come into contact with the heated inner surface.
During operation, if the hollow paddle dryer's drying system is not installed to promote uniform distribution of the circulated air length and width, there will be inconsistent product quality, moisture, and temperature. To ensure reasonable temperature setpoints, if the existing heat source is malfunctioning or not providing enough heat to meet current production demands, it is necessary to reduce the dryer's production capacity.
