Product Introduction:
Our granulator is produced in this factory.PGLSeries of Spray Drying Granulators. Composed mainly of feeding, mixing, granulating, transmission, and lubrication systems, widely used in the chemical and food industries. Granulators can be divided into feed granulators and biomass energy granulators.
Our granulators use rotating drums to grind moist powdered raw materials into granules through stainless steel sieves. In the chemical industry, they are used to granulate wet powders for tablet pressing, and can also crush lumps that have formed during storage or in the chemical processing. In the food industry, they are used for processing candies, sugar blends, and malt milk, among others. In other industries like ceramics and plastics, they mix materials to form shaped granules.
The granulator boasts excellent physical and mechanical properties over a wide temperature range, with a long-term operating temperature of120°C, excellent electrical insulation properties. Even under high temperature and high-frequency conditions, the granulator's electrical performance remains good, but its resistance, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, erosion resistance, and scale stability are all excellent.
To ensure the heating system and heating elements of the granulator are in good condition, facilitating smooth start-up and maintenance during shutdown, the following maintenance tasks must be performed:
1Before turning on the equipment, inspect the mold heating plate, cylinder heating ring, thermocouple, heating wire, plug, socket, solid-state relay controller, and heating fuse, and maintain a record for maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
2Inspect the thermocouple base and heating rings in the tube area of the mold heating plate, and replace the damaged hanging ears.
3Plug, socket cover, and socket fixing bolt for mold heating plate should be repaired or replaced immediately if damaged or lost.
4Heating lines, thermocouple inspections, damaged heating lines, and thermocouple shielding lines; timely maintenance and handling are required when poor contact occurs.
5Bundle and disperse thermocouples and thermowires, ensuring they are securely fastened and the work area remains clean and tidy.
