Product Introduction:
Flash Dryer, also known as a Quick Flash Dryer, is designed to disperse a variety of materials to produce dried, discrete particles. The flash dryer can accommodate a wide range of temperatures and drying gases, providing quick and safe drying for many materials.-Full processing.
The flash drying machine's operation process is divided into four stages: crushing, gas-solid contact, drying, and grading, respectively:
1、 Once the material enters the dryer, it is broken up by the agitator blades and high-speed airflow, thereby maximizing the material's dispersion and the surface area of the wet material per unit volume.
2After the material is crushed, it is lifted by a hot gas stream generated by high-speed rotation, forming a fluidized bed. During the drying process where mass and heat transfer occurs between the material and hot air, most of the moisture evaporates at this stage. After further crushing and moisture evaporation, the buoyancy of the material exceeds its gravity, causing it to start moving upwards and be discharged from the dryer after sorting.
3The agitator paddle of the flash dryer breaks the material and produces a dispersion effect, while the air entering the dryer is also in a turbulent state of adjustment, quickly achieving gas-solid mixing. The lumped material falls downward under the force of gravity. Due to the inverted cone structure at the bottom of the dryer, the air flow speed is high, ensuring that the lumped material remains in a good fluidized state and is surrounded by hot air.
4The classifier is a circular baffle installed at the top of the drier, subjected to centrifugal force. As the material rises with the air flow, larger, un-dried particles increase in rotational radius. When this radius exceeds that of the classifier ring, they are retained within the drier until they meet the required specifications to pass through the classifier and exit the drier. However, the outer larger particles are continuously crushed and dried, and as the centrifugal force diminishes, they move inward. Once the moisture content meets the requirements, they are carried out by the gas.
