Testing Capabilities and Parameters:
Facade, exterior walls, and outdoor air conditioning units, etc.: quality inspection of panel bonding, decorative tile surfaces, insulation layer adhesion, and appearance deformation; infrared imaging for detecting hollows; performance testing of load-bearing components and connectors; structural and construction inspections; structural load-bearing capacity verification; testing of sealant and gaskets for airtightness; waterproofing leakage detection; bolt torque testing; welding quality inspection, etc.
Purpose of Inspection:
Ø Promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, meeting technical specifications and the public safety management requirements of relevant departments.
Safety Tips:
After the curtain wall/external wall is handed over for one year, a safety inspection should be conducted every five years; for curtain wall projects/external walls using structural bonding assembly that have been in use for ten years, a safety inspection should be conducted every three years.
Glass curtain walls/external walls in use beyond the designed service life should be inspected annually.
Occurrence of curtain wall glass breakage, falling of open sections, component damage, or falling of exterior decorative tiles.
Partial wall panels or connecting components exhibit abnormal deformation, detachment, or cracking.
Prior to the resumption of construction for the suspended curtain wall project.
