Testing Capabilities and Parameters:
Facade, exterior walls, and outdoor air conditioning units, etc.: quality inspection of panel adhesion, decorative tiles, and insulation bonding, detection of appearance deformation, infrared imaging for hollow detection, connection performance testing of load-bearing components and connectors, structural and construction inspection, structural load-bearing capacity verification, detection of sealant and gasket airtightness, waterproof leakage detection, bolt torque testing, welding quality inspection, etc.
Purpose of Inspection:
Promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, meeting technical specifications and the public safety management requirements of relevant departments.
Safety Tips:
After the curtain wall/external wall is handed over for acceptance, a safety check should be conducted every five years. For curtain wall projects/external walls using structural bonding assembly that have been in use for ten years, a safety check should be carried out every three years.
Glass curtain walls/external walls in use beyond their designed service life should be inspected annually.
Occurrence of curtain wall glass breakage, partial falling of opening parts, damage to components, or falling of exterior decorative tiles.
Localized wall panels or connecting components show abnormal deformation, detachment, or cracking.
Prior to the resumption of construction for the suspended facade engineering project.
