What should be inspected during the quality assessment of these factories?
1. Gather basic information on the steel structure factory building, including the building's purpose, structural layout, construction date, number of floors, and various blueprints.
2. Conduct a verification of the factory steel frame structure layout, prefabricated component specifications, and floor heights based on the engineering drawings collected in Step 1. For factories without relevant engineering drawings, measure and draw the necessary plans on the spot.
3. Record the current status of steel prefabricated components in steel structural workshops, such as rust, damage to connection points, coating detachment, defects in welding appearance, and the tightness of connections, and conduct inspections and evaluations one by one.
4. Extract a certain number of steel structure prefabricated components, and select ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection according to relevant specifications and standards for welding detection. Evaluate whether there are defects such as weld beads, arc pit cracks, and arc burn-through.
5. Utilize total stations to measure the deflection values of steel trusses, truss structures, and components, determining if the degree of deformation falls within the specified range.
6. The compressive strength of stainless steel sheets determines the safety of steel structural components, thus, surface strength testing methods must be employed.
7. Steel structural factory buildings are put into use, and the corrosion resistance and safety coatings of their prefabricated components are affected by the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect the thickness of the corrosion or fire safety coatings on steel prefabricated components.
8. Based on the inspection data obtained from the above steel structure component checks, conduct a series calculation of the upper structure's bearing capacity of the steel structure factory building according to relevant architectural construction design standards. Determine if the current-stage bearing capacity of the steel structure factory building conforms to national standards and safety application regulations for the mid-late stages.
9. In accordance with relevant specification standards, assess the safety level of the current steel structure factory buildings, and propose effective solutions for prefabricated components that do not meet safety application regulations and those with structural damage currently observed.
