Overview of House Condition Grades
The formation of the concept of house damage grade.
Purpose and significance of evaluating the degree of damage to buildings.
(3) Scope of Application for the Assessment Standards of Residential Condition and Integrity.
(IV) Classification of Building Structures:
1. Frame Structure: The beams and columns of the frame structure are easy to standardize and mold, facilitating the use of prefabricated assembly structures to shorten construction time. When using cast-in-place concrete frame structures, the integrity and rigidity of the structure are good, and with proper design, it can also achieve excellent seismic performance. Additionally, beams or columns can be cast into various required cross-sectional shapes.
2. Structural Steelwork: The primary load-bearing structure is constructed from steel materials, including suspension structures. Such as steel factories, large sports stadiums, etc.
3. Steel and Reinforced Concrete Structures: The primary load-bearing structure is constructed using steel and reinforced concrete. For instance, a building may have some beams and columns made of steel frames, while others are built with reinforced concrete frames.
4. Reinforced Concrete Structure: The main load-bearing structure is constructed using reinforced concrete, including thin-shell structures, cast-in-situ structures with large formwork, and reinforced concrete constructions using advanced construction methods such as sliding formwork.
5. Mixed Structure: The main load-bearing structure is constructed with reinforced concrete and brick wood.
6. Brick and Wood Structure: The main load-bearing structure is constructed with bricks and wood, such as a house built with wooden trusses, brick walls, and wooden columns.
7. Other Structures: Any building structures that do not fall under the aforementioned categories are classified here.
(V) Classification of items for evaluating the condition of the property.
(Six) Classification of Building Condition Grades.
Section 7: Calculation of measurement units and the rates of building integrity and dilapidated buildings.
Method for Evaluating the Condition of Buildings
Evaluate the condition and damage level of houses based on different circumstances.
2. Notes for evaluating the house's condition and damage level.
3. Procedure for evaluating the condition and damage level of buildings:
The property damage grades are categorized into five types: sound houses, basically sound houses, generally damaged houses, severely damaged houses, and dangerous houses.
