Overview of House Condition Grades
Formation of the concept of house condition grading.
Purpose and Significance of Evaluating the Condition of Residential Properties.
(3) Scope of Application for the Evaluation Standards of Building Condition.
(4) House Structure Classification:
1. Frame Structure: Beam and column components of the frame structure are easy to standardize and mold, facilitating the use of prefabricated assembly structures to shorten construction time. When using cast-in-place concrete frame structures, the overall integrity and rigidity of the structure are good, and proper design can achieve excellent seismic performance. Additionally, beams or columns can be cast into various required cross-sectional shapes.
2. Steel Structure: The primary load-bearing structure is constructed using steel materials, including suspended cable structures. Such as steel factory buildings, large sports stadiums, etc.
3. Steel and Reinforced Concrete Structures: The primary load-bearing structures are constructed using steel and reinforced concrete. For instance, in a building, some beams and columns are built with steel frameworks, while others are constructed with reinforced concrete frameworks.
4. Reinforced Concrete Structure: The primary load-bearing structure is constructed using reinforced concrete, including thin shell structures, precast concrete structures using large formwork, and reinforced concrete constructed with sliding formwork and other advanced construction methods.
5. Mixed Structure: The main load-bearing structure is constructed using reinforced concrete and brick wood.
6. Brick and Wood Structure: The main load-bearing structure is constructed with bricks and wood, such as a building with wooden trusses, brick walls, and wooden columns.
7. Other Structures: All building structures that do not fall under the aforementioned categories are classified as such.
(V) Item classification of house condition assessment standards.
(Six) Classification of Property Condition Grades.
(7) Calculation of measurement units and the rates of building integrity and dilapidated buildings.
Method for Assessing the Condition of Residential Properties
Evaluate the condition of the house at different levels based on varying circumstances.
2. Notes on assessing the condition of the property.
3. Procedure for evaluating the condition and damage grade of houses:
House condition grades are categorized into five levels, including: Well-preserved Houses, Generally-preserved Houses, Generally-damaged Houses, Severely-damaged Houses, and Dangerous Houses.
