Sludge Dewatering Equipment

Advanced sludge dewatering technology -- a combination of solar energy and heat pump technology for low-temperature drying of sludge.
Sludge conveying system
The system consists of a receiving storage, helical feeding machine, plug valve, sludge pump, and pipes. The hydraulic part of the entire system uses Italian pumps and valves. The helical feeding machine is connected to the storage with a plug valve for easy maintenance. The pusher machine features an S-shaped pipe design. Approximately 85% moisture content sludge cakes are unloaded into the storage by trucks, then fed into the hydraulic pusher machine via the helical feeding machine. The pusher machine transports the sludge through pipes, ensuring the entire process is odorless and environmentally friendly, while enabling long-distance and high-head conveyance. The pipes can be flexibly arranged according to the building structure, with precise conveying capacity and equipped with communication interfaces for remote control. Traditional conveying methods such as belt conveyors and bucket elevators are also available for selection.
Greenhouse Heating System
Composed of solar heat collectors, hot water storage tanks, constant-temperature water tanks, and PLC control, the hot water storage tank is connected to the tap water replenishment pipe, which features a water source solenoid valve. The tank is equipped with a water level sensor; the PLC controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valve based on the water level signal from the sensor, to automatically replenish the hot water storage tank, achieving timed and quantitative water addition. The water level in the tank can be controlled as needed. Steam is released through a safety exhaust valve, and the heating area of the collector array is controlled by the heating control valve, ensuring the stability and safety of the system operation.
Greenhouse Systems
Comprised of the greenhouse main structure, internal insulation, ventilation, heating, and weather station. The main structure is a Wenluo-style polycarbonate greenhouse with hollow glass on the sunny side. Insulation curtains are used to reduce the loss of radiant heat. Ventilation is achieved with fans, and the roof features a butterfly patterned alternating window system that can automatically open and close based on indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, and light intensity. The heating system is designed according to the "Technical Code for Ground Radiation Heating" JGJ142-2004. Temperature sensors use the Japanese Toky-100, with a resolution of 0.1°C. Humidity sensors use the American Humier-15, with a resolution of 0.5%. Wind speed and direction sensors, as well as light sensors, are chosen from the reliable products of the American Davis company. Communication interfaces are equipped for remote control.
Sludge Spreading Fabric System
Comprised of sludge spreaders, screw feeders, belt conveyors, dry material silos, harmful gas detectors, and industrial monitoring systems. The fully automatic mud turnover machine is equipped with a variable frequency motor, allowing for automatic adjustment of turnover speed to ensure even sludge movement, achieving surface renewal and moisture evaporation. It also serves as an oxygen supply to the sludge, preventing the proliferation of anaerobic bacteria in localized areas and the release of臭气. The system is fitted with H2S and NH3 detectors for real-time monitoring.
Control System
The automated control system utilizes a basic control method of configuration software + PLC, with the supervisory computer monitoring and controlling various equipment through communication with the PLC and intelligent instruments. The PLC can operate independently through its internal program. The supervisory computer employs a Taiwan-based industrial computer from Advantech. The production process routes can be simulated and displayed on the computer interface. Process parameter points can be displayed, adjusted, and set on the computer interface and incorporated into the program. Process operation parameters can be randomly retrieved and printed. Fault monitoring can instantaneously record and alarm for fault points, fault types, and occurrence times. An intelligent electricity meter is configured to record real-time energy consumption data during the drying process, allowing for the calculation of drying costs.

Low energy consumption, with low operation and management costs; evaporating 1 ton of water only requires 60-80 kW·h of electricity, while traditional thermal drying technology requires 800-1060 kW·h.

The technology reaches the advanced level domestically and can be widely used in sludge treatment for various industries such as municipal, chemical, metallurgical, power, and coal.
