
YZG/FZG Series Vacuum Dryers
Introduction:Vacuum drying involves heating and drying the material under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used to extract moisture, it accelerates the drying process. Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if usingSK Series Water Ring Vacuum Pumps, capable of operation without a condenser, saving on energy investment.
Product Overview:
The YZG/FZG series vacuum dryers are static vacuum dryers. This drying equipment heats the material to be dried under vacuum conditions and uses a vacuum pump to exhaust air and moisture, keeping the working chamber in a vacuum state, significantly accelerating the drying rate of the material and also saving energy. If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If the solvent is water, a condenser is not required, saving energy investment.
Equipment Features:
1. Under vacuum, the boiling point of the material solution is reduced, increasing the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, thereby allowing for a reduction in the heat transfer area of the evaporator for a given heat transfer amount.
2. The heat source for the evaporation process can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.
3. The evaporator has minimal heat loss, enabling higher drying rates at lower temperatures with maximum heat utilization.
4. Capable of drying unstable or thermosensitive materials at low temperatures, as well as materials containing solvents and those requiring solvent recovery.
5. Disinfection can be performed before drying, ensuring no impurities from other works are mixed in during the drying process, in compliance with GMP standards.
6. Being a static vacuum dryer, the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
7. Utilizing a condenser, it can effectively recover solvents from the material.
Application Range:
Low-temperature drying for thermosensitive materials prone to decomposition, aggregation, and deterioration at high temperatures, widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, and electronics.
