Material is made of stainless steel plate, utilizing five-stage purification. After the five-stage purification, it achieves a high standard with 98% grease and smoke purification rate, 90% smoke purification rate, and 60% odor removal rate, with noise approximately 70 decibels.

1. Primary Purification: Utilizing the condensation collision principle, taking advantage of the fact that gaseous pollutants have different saturated vapor pressures at different temperatures and pressures. Under conditions of lowering temperature or increasing pressure, certain pollutants condense out, achieving the purpose of purification and recovery.

2. Secondary Purification: Dynamic Shielding Principle – As the shielding purifier rotates at 1400 RPM, it generates a shielding and intercepting effect on the particulates in the oil fumes. Due to the significant centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating shielding purifier, the intercepted particulates are immediately ejected into the oil collection tray and recovered into the oil collection box, completing the entire process of oil-gas separation, purification, and recovery of oil particles.

3. Three-stage Purification: Utilizes medium efficiency filtration principles with a V-shaped polymer composite material, providing excellent resistance to grease particles. Mainly intercepts fine grease particles filtered from the airflow after the first-stage purification, capable of blocking solid particles as small as 5 micrometers.

4. Four-stage Purification: Utilizing the principle of electronic static electricity, the low-voltage AC current is stepped up to the required high voltage through a step-up transformer. After rectification, a high-voltage DC power supply is obtained and applied to the electric field of the purification equipment, achieving high-voltage decomposition of smoke particles and low-voltage adsorption for processing.

5. Five-stage Purification: Photo-degradation of Odors. During operation, the speed of UV-C ultraviolet C band reacts with oxygen in the air to generate ozone. Ozone oxidizes organic odor molecules to form water and carbon dioxide, thereby reducing odors.
