
Product Introduction
The Vibrating Feeder, also known as the Vibrating Feeding Machine, is a new type of feeding machine designed by our company for the even feeding of large pieces of material before the coarse crushing stage in crushing and screening processes. This vibrating feeder features a double eccentric shaft exciter, ensuring the equipment can withstand the impact of large pieces falling, and has a high feeding capacity. During the production process, it can uniformly, on time, and continuously feed chunky and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device, thereby preventing the receiving device from jamming due to uneven feeding and extending the service life of the equipment. The Vibrating Feeder can be divided into steel plate structure and bar grating structure. The steel plate structure feeders are commonly used in sand and stone material production lines, uniformly feeding materials into crushing equipment. The bar grating structure feeders can perform coarse screening of materials, making the system more economically and reasonably configured. Therefore, the Vibrating Feeder is widely used in the combined crushing and screening equipment of industries such as metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, and abrasive materials.

The feed rate can be evenly adjusted; generally used for loose materials. During configuration design, it is recommended to minimize the pressure on the hopper body according to the equipment's performance requirements. The effective discharge opening of the storage bin should not exceed one-fourth of the hopper width, and the flow rate of the material should be controlled between 6-18m/min. For materials with a higher feed rate, a sufficient height of ore weir should be set at the discharge point at the bottom of the bin. To ensure the performance of the feeding machine is not affected, the ore weir should not be fixed to the hopper body. To facilitate the smooth discharge of the bin, the angle of the bin's rear wall is better designed between 55-65 degrees.

Operating Principle
The GZD series vibration feeder consists of a feeding trough, exciter, spring support, and transmission device. The vibration source for the trough feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (primary and secondary) and a gear set. The primary shaft is driven by an electric motor via a V-belt, and the gears on the primary shaft mesh with the secondary shaft, causing both shafts to rotate in opposite directions simultaneously. This results in the trough vibrating, ensuring a continuous flow of material, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying the material.
