The working principle of the ZD Vibrating Hopper:

Connect the vibration motor to the power source, and the vibration motor starts to vibrate. The generated exciting force causes the hopper to produce a strong vibration in the horizontal direction. This vibration is decomposed into normal force and tangential force through the conical or spherical activator, with the normal force radiating to the depth of the material, and the tangential force shearing the material, thereby eliminating the arching of the material in the storage bin and allowing the material to flow out like water. Cut off the power source, the vibration motor stops vibrating, and the discharge can be halted.
