The GZ Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder is a new type of essential feeding equipment for the implementation of continuous production automation, available in open and enclosed models. It is widely used in industries such as cement, mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemicals, ceramics, grains, light industry, and electricity. It is designed to uniformly and continuously, or in a specific quantity, feed bulk, granular, and powdered materials from storage bins or other storage equipment into receiving equipment, such as crushers, coal selection, screening, transportation, and packaging machinery. It can also be used in automatic control processes to achieve automation of the production process.
The working principle of the GZ electromagnetic vibration feeder:
The GZ electromagnetic vibration feeder achieves the feeding process by using an electromagnetic vibrator to drive the feeding trough to perform a straight reciprocating motion along an inclined direction. When the vertical component of the feeder's vibration speed exceeds the strategic acceleration, the material in the trough is thrown up and moves forward in a parabolic trajectory, with the lifting and dropping completed in 1/50th of a second. Each vibration of the trough propels the material forward once, so the trough vibrates back and forth at a frequency of 3,000 times per minute, continuously throwing the material forward to achieve the feeding purpose.
