●Application and Features: The GZG series vibrating feeders are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, electricity, and grain. They are used to uniformly and continuously, or in a quantitative manner, deliver lump, granular, and powdered materials from storage bins or chutes to receiving devices. They feature a small volume, light weight, simple structure, easy installation and operation, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption, high efficiency, smooth operation, and low noise.
● Model and Its Meaning

● Structure:
The structure is as shown in Figures 1 and 2: mainly consists of three parts: 1. Vibration Damper; 2. Channel Body; 3. Vibrating Motor. The feeder utilizes two vibration motors of the same specification as the excitation source.
● Selection Instructions:
1. Material Feeding Quantity Determination: The capacity of this series of vibration feeding machine is calculated based on a bulk density of 1.6t/m3, horizontal trough, and a motor excitation force of 95%. When the actual material's bulk density is greater than or less than 1.6t/m3, or when the motor is replaced, the output will vary; accordingly, calculation adjustments should be made. When the slope angle is 5°, the feeding quantity increases by 5%~10%; at a slope angle of 15°, it can increase by 50%~100%.
2. If a special design is required, please provide the material name, particle size, bulk density, moisture content, feed amount, and relevant installation dimensions. Also, indicate whether it is enclosed and if there are any linings.
3. Each vibration feeder in this series should be equipped with a corresponding control box, which primarily ensures smooth and reliable start and stop functions, capable of stopping quickly within 0-4 seconds.
