The product utilizes an overall wrapping production technique, boasting superior compressive strength compared to similar products. The rubber material is made of vulcanized mature rubber, differing from the common pipeline sealing airbag material. It features hardness and toughness, with the reinforced type of 0.15mpa fully capable of operation in conditions with water depths of ten meters and strong currents. The weight and thickness of the airbag are proportional to the specifications; the larger the specifications, the thicker the thickness and the heavier the weight.
The airbags are fully solidified into an integrated structure through special processing, eliminating the drawback of conventional plug-in airbags breaking and damaging at the joints. The airbag specifications range from DN300mm to DN3500mm, with the standard model having a pressure of 0.1mpa, the reinforced model at 0.15mpa, and the high-pressure model at 0.2mpa.
