Resin Capillary Rheometer
1. The resin capillary rheometer is an intelligent computer-controlled constant pressure capillary rheometer that operates under both constant pressure and constant speed conditions. It measures the extrusion speed of various specifications of capillaries under different pressures, at various heating rates, and at different temperatures. The computer records the extrusion speed, pressure, and heating temperature. It automatically processes the data into viscosity values, plots curves, and prints out a complete report.
2. To determine the fluidity and curing speed of high polymer materials. It can measure the viscosity and visco-activation of the high polymer melt, as well as study the process conditions for melt spinning.
3. Capillary rheometer can measure the softening point, melting point, flow point, viscosity, and activation energy of the flow for high polymers, as well as the curing temperature for thermosetting materials, and other performance indicators.
4. Temperature Control System and Performance of Control Methods*, beneficial for determining changes and related properties of high polymer materials under different temperatures. This instrument is controlled by a computer and plots test curves, displaying real-time curve changes, and generates data for equations such asagen-poiseuille, Rabinowitsch, and melt flow rate.
5. Utilizes load step-up design, with computer control for continuous loading, high control accuracy, and excellent stability. Capillary rheometer can plot stress-strain curves and plasticization curves of high polymers, measure the temperatures of softening point, melting point, and flow point, and generate curves and print out a complete report.
