Explosion-proof linear heat detectors are designed based on the technical characteristics of general linear heat detectors, with the main electrical control circuit sealed in a specially customized explosion-proof box. They are wired through steel pipes or explosion-proof cables to meet the intrinsically safe explosion-proof technical requirements. The detector consists of an explosion-proof microcomputer processor (including a safety barrier, explosion-proof mark: Exd[ia] II BT6), an explosion-proof terminal processor (explosion-proof mark: Exia II BT6), and a group of sensitive element explosion-proof temperature cables, forming an intrinsically safe explosion-proof fire detection system with the explosion-proof mark Exdia II BT6. The product complies with the following standards:
GB3836.1-2000 Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres — Part 1: General requirements
GB3836.2-2000 Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres — Part 2: Intrinsically safe "d" type
GB3836.4-2000 Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres — Part 4: Intrinsically safe “i” equipment
GB16280-2005 Linear Temperature-Sensitive Fire Detectors and Amendment No. 1
Product Features
Explosion-proof linear type thermal fire detectors with a blast-proof microcomputer processor housing are made of aluminum alloy die-cast shells, with surface powder coating for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The junction is designed with a curved-seal structure, offering excellent waterproof and dustproof capabilities. The housing uses steel pipes or cable wiring, ensuring a tight seal on the threaded interfaces after wiring is completed.
Applicable Scenarios
Products can be applied in explosive hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 or 2, with explosion-proof terminal processors placed in Zone 0, accommodating mixtures of explosive gases classified as IIA to IIB, and T1 to T6 groups.
