JTW-LD-SF402 Cable Type Linear Temperature Sensor Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a new type of reusable fire protection patent product that monitors environmental temperature changes, primarily composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature-sensing cable, and connection components (terminal box). The detector is capable of responding to temperature alarms and outputting alarm signals.
Product Features
The thermistor cable of the detector is a temperature-sensitive component. The JTW-LD-SF402 thermistor cable is composed of four wires, each extruded with a thermally sensitive insulating material, twisted together (with one wire for enhancing mechanical strength). It can detect temperature changes at any point along its installed length, and it offers the functionality to select between two alarm temperature levels: 85 degrees and 105 degrees. When the temperature rises to the response value, there is a sudden change in resistance between the cores of the thermistor cable, generating a corresponding signal, which is then processed by a microcontroller using fuzzy mathematics to make a fire alarm judgment.
