The JTW-LCD-SF901 Cable-Type Linear Temperature-Sensing Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a new type of fire protection patent product that integrates differential temperature and fixed temperature monitoring of environmental temperature changes, and is reusable. It is mainly composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature-sensing cable, and connecting components (termination box). The detector features the function of separately outputting differential temperature and fixed temperature alarm signals.
Product Features
Thermally sensitive cable with stable structure, good anti-interference performance, and soft material for easy installation.
2. Integrated judgment of analog signal collection.
3. Meets the requirements of Section 4.18 for small size high temperature response performance test in GB16280-2014 and the requirement of Section 12.3.3 in GB50116-2013 that the flame scale response does not exceed 100mm.
4. The detector does not damage the temperature-sensing cable after an alarm within the safe temperature range, allowing for the cable to be reused.
5. Set temperature at 85°C, with a temperature difference of 10°C/min, 20°C/min, and 30°C/min.
6. Features open circuit and short circuit fault alarms.
7. Microcomputer processors and terminal box casings are made of flame-retardant materials, offering corrosion and aging resistance.
8. Equipped with manual fire alarm simulation function. The detector has strong anti-interference capability, utilizing isolated detection and software anti-interference technology, suitable for environments with strong electromagnetic field interference.
Applicable Scenarios
The detector boasts excellent environmental adaptability, capable of close or proximity protection. It operates reliably in various fire detection environments with humidity, contamination, and dust, making it widely used in warehouses, loading yards, oil and gas transmission pipelines, transformers, belt conveyors, locomotives, and distribution boards. Particularly suited for early fire alarm detection of power and control cables within cable tunnels, cable bridges, and cable wells.
