The JTW-LD-SF500/85P Cable Type Linear Temperature Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a shielded, reusable fire protection patent product that monitors environmental temperature changes. It is primarily composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature-sensing cable, and connection components (terminal box). The detector features the function to respond to temperature alarms and output alarm signals.
Product Features
The thermally sensitive cable is designed with a double shielding structure, featuring independently separated double-layer metallic shielding layers that offer enhanced resistance to electromagnetic interference, as well as stronger tensile and crush resistance. This ensures stable operation in severe electromagnetic environments, even when the electromagnetic field radiation intensity reaches 30V/m and the working frequency magnetic field disturbance reaches 50A/m.
2. Integrated judgment of analog signal acquisition.
3. Meets the requirements of Section 4.18 for small size high temperature response performance test in GB16280-2014 and the requirement of Section 12.3.3 in GB50116-2013 that the flame size response does not exceed 100mm.
4. The sensor cable remains undamaged after an alarm in the safe temperature range, allowing for reusable installation.
5. Features open-circuit and short-circuit fault alarms.
6. The microcomputer processor and terminal box housing are made of flame-retardant materials, resistant to corrosion and aging.
7. Features manual fire alarm and fault simulation functions.
8. The detector boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, utilizing isolation detection and software anti-interference technology, suitable for use in environments with strong electromagnetic field interference.
Applicable Scenarios
The探测器features excellent environmental adaptability and can operate reliably at close or protective proximity. It is capable of functioning effectively in damp, polluted, and dusty fire detection environments, making it widely used in storage warehouses, loading yards, oil and gas transmission pipelines, transformers, belt conveyors, locomotives, and switchboards, among other fire detection locations. Particularly suited for early fire detection in power cables within cable tunnels, cable trays, and cable wells.
