The JTW-LD-SF500/138A Cable Type Linear Temperature Sensor Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a new type of reusable fire detection patent product that monitors changes in environmental temperature. It is mainly composed of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), a temperature-sensing cable, and connecting components (termination box). The detector features the ability to respond to temperature alarms and output alarm signals.
Product Features
Thermally sensitive cable features stable structure, strong anti-interference, and resistance to tensile and compression forces.
2. Comprehensive judgment of analog signal collection.
Comply with the requirements of Section 4.18 for small-sized high-temperature response performance tests in GB16280-2014 and the requirement in Section 12.3.3 of GB50116-2013 that the flame response scale does not exceed 100mm.
4. The sensor cable remains undamaged after an alarm in the safe temperature range, allowing for reusable installation.
5. Features open-circuit and short-circuit fault alarms.
6. The microcomputer processor and terminal box shells are made of flame-retardant material, offering corrosion and aging resistance.
7. Features manual fire alarm and fault simulation functions.
The detector boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, utilizing isolation detection and software anti-interference technology, suitable for applications in environments with strong electromagnetic field interference.
Applicable Scenarios
The detector boasts excellent environmental adaptability, capable of operating reliably in close proximity or protection, in various fire detection environments with humidity, contamination, and dust. Therefore, it is widely used in warehouses, loading yards, oil and gas transmission pipelines, transformers, belt conveyors, locomotives, and switchboards for fire detection. Particularly suitable for early fire alarm detection in power cables within cable tunnels, cable bridges, and cable wells.
