I. System Overview
This system consists of temperature-sensing cables, a microcomputer processor, and a terminal box, designed to monitor environmental temperatures in real-time and trigger an alarm in case of abnormal temperature rise.
II. Component Features
Microcomputer Processor: System Core Control Unit.
Function: Continuously analyzes the temperature signals transmitted by the thermistor cable to determine fire alarm conditions (fixed temperature or differential temperature) and fault states.
Instructions: The system status is clearly displayed through the "Power," "Normal," "Fire Alarm," and "Fault" indicator lights.
Output: Provides relay passive contact signals for connecting to fire alarm controllers or other interlocked devices.
Terminal Box: Essential component at the end of the loop.
Function: Used to connect and terminate thermistor cable circuits, ensuring the integrity of the signal loop.
Installation must be secure, and the interfaces should be sealed to prevent moisture and dust from entering and affecting performance.
Section 3: Installation and Maintenance
Please carefully review the engineering drawings before installation.
All connections must be correct and secure. The processor should be installed in a location that is easy to observe and operate.
After the system is operational, regular functional tests should be conducted to ensure it is in good working condition.
4. Important Notes
Do not disassemble or repair the equipment unless you are a professional. Please contact a professional immediately if a continuous fault alarm occurs.
