Mini spray dryer, mainly used for producing trace particle powders in university, research institutions, and food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industry laboratories. Broadly applicable to all solutions like emulsions and suspensions. Suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials such as biological products, biopesticides, and enzyme preparations. Since the material is only heated when it is atomized into mist-like particles, it is heated instantaneously, ensuring that the active components of these materials are preserved and not damaged after drying.
THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
● Laboratory Mini Spray Dryer features a large color touch screen for operation, combining automatic control with manual control
● Shutdown Protection Function: Simply press the stop button during shutdown, and the machine will immediately cease operation except for the fan, ensuring that the heating section is not damaged due to accidental operation (forcefully turning off the fan).
● Fully Automatic Control: One-touch startup, after setting the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset level, the peristaltic pump automatically starts, the touch screen displays the operation animation, and the process is clearly shown; simply press the stop button to shut down, and the machine will automatically power off safely.
● The spray, drying, and collection system is made of high-quality borosilicate heat-resistant glass material for transparency, ensuring the drying process is conducted in a pollution-free environment.
●Manual Control: Easily switch to manual mode for adjusting process parameters during experiments; the entire process is dynamically displayed on a color touch screen (with animation).
●The two-fluid spray atomization structure, the whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, designed compactly, no auxiliary equipment required.
●Equipped with an imported oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder coating is normally distributed, with excellent fluidity and low noise level, less than 60 dB, meeting laboratory noise standards.
● The design of the drying temperature control utilizes real-time adjustable PID constant temperature control technology, ensuring accurate temperature control across the entire temperature range with a heating and temperature control precision of ±1°C.
● Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle), it automatically clears clogs in the nozzle and the frequency of the needle can be automatically adjusted.
To maintain the purity of the samples, an air intake filter is equipped.
● The dried finished product is a dry powder with a relatively uniform particle size, with over 95% of the powder within the same particle size range.
The feed amount can be adjusted via the feed peristaltic pump, with sample quantities ranging from 50 to 2000ml.
● Imported nozzles with high efficiency. Color LCD touch screen parameters display: Inlet temperature/Outlet temperature/Syringe pump speed/Airflow/Needle frequency.
●Our small spray dryer for sticky materials is equipped with a nozzle cleaner (pilot pin). It automatically clears the nozzle when clogged and the frequency of the pilot pin can be automatically adjusted.
