A nitrogen closed-loop spray dryer is a model designed for spray drying organic solvents, toxic or hazardous materials. In cases where the material contains a high concentration of organic solvents, is flammable and explosive, or is prone to oxidation, the machine uses nitrogen to replace the air in the drying atomization system. The nitrogen is then filtered and passed through a multi-stage condensation unit before being circulated and used in a closed loop, ensuring safety during the experiment and preventing the sample from being oxidized, thereby completing the drying and collection process.
