The Chuan Yi Instruments全自动Nitrogen Blow-out Instrument is essential in a multitude of analytical tasks, particularly in environmental pollutant and food safety analysis fields. To obtain trace target components, pre-treatment of the samples is required, which mainly includes steps such as sample extraction (extraction), concentration, purification, and re-concentration. The rapid and non-destructive concentration process is a crucial aspect. Common equipment used to complete the concentration process includes rotary evaporators, K-D concentrators, and nitrogen blow-out devices (referred to as Nitrogen Blow-out Instruments). Nitrogen blow-out concentration is relatively simple, as it doesn't require special device design. It is very convenient when the sample quantity is not large or the solvent volume is small. However, when a large number of samples need to be concentrated simultaneously and the solvent volume is considerable, these concentration devices may fall short. The concentration process becomes time-consuming and labor-intensive (requires supervision to prevent evaporation), and the open nitrogen blow-out devices are not conducive to the health of the operators.

The nitrogen blow-out instrument employs a special concentration method to significantly enhance concentration speed. Simultaneously, the device utilizes an integrated exhaust fan to direct the evaporated waste gases out through the exhaust pipe, allowing the nitrogen blow-out concentration unit, which was originally required to be placed in a fume hood, to be safely installed on a standard laboratory bench. Not only is it easy to move and cost-effective for the lab, but it also reduces the harm to operators from toxic and harmful solvents. It is an essential sample pretreatment device for the lab.

THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

1. Simultaneously concentrate one or more samples without human supervision: The fully automatic nitrogen concentrator utilizes multiple optical sensors to monitor the concentration process of each sample. When the evaporation concentration reaches the preset volume, the system automatically stops the nitrogen blowout in the corresponding channel and issues an alarm. The entire concentration process requires no human oversight.

2. 7-inch large LCD touch screen control, capable of handling 1-12 large capacity samples (up to 200ml)

3. Special airflow sweeping path and buffer design: accelerates solvent evaporation and concentration, prevents solvent splashing loss.
