The Dry Nitrogen Blower is primarily used for the concentration or preparation of large-volume samples (such as drug screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase, and sample preparation for mass spectrometry). By utilizing microcomputer control technology and high-purity aluminum material as the heating medium, it achieves more accurate temperature control with a wider temperature range. Its working principle involves blowing nitrogen into the heated surface of the sample, causing the solvent in the sample to rapidly evaporate and separate, thereby achieving oxygen-free concentration of the sample while maintaining its purity.

THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

The visible nitrogen blow-out instrument's heater rapidly and effectively heats the sample to the evaporation temperature, while gas is blown to the surface of the solution through the gas needle from the gas chamber, promoting rapid evaporation of the solution and concentration of the sample.

Each blow-off needle can be controlled independently, allowing for individual blow-off operations without gas waste.

3. The entire system consists of adjustable gas chambers and heaters.

4. The position of the gas needle in the gas chamber of the visual nitrogen blow-out instrument can be adjusted to fit different test tubes. Standard needle length is 150mm.

5. The cavity height can be adjusted according to the solvent liquid level. When concentrating toxic solvents, the entire system can be placed in a fume hood.
