The Chuan Yi Instrument Water Bath Nitrogen Blow-Down Apparatus utilizes sweep collection technology, and can also control and heat the sample. It rapidly and controllably blows nitrogen and other inert gases onto the sample surface to achieve quick and oxygen-free concentration of the sample solution. This method is characterized by its time-saving, convenient, and accurate features.

THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

1. The air针 channels in the distribution room can be used either combined or individually, with each air needle having an independent on/off switch. The height of the distribution room can be adjusted as needed.

2. Each gas line can be individually adjusted to meet various customer requirements. It also overcomes the weakness of inconsistent gas flow rates among the invariable nitrogen blowers on different gas lines.

3. The water bath nitrogen blow-out instrument features a unique self-balancing suspension lifting system, designed ingeniously for more flexible height adjustment in the distribution room, truly achieving one-handed operation.

4. Digital temperature controller with dual digital display, featuring PID technology adjustment and over-temperature alarm function.

5. All parts that may come into contact with solvents are made of 316 stainless steel, alloy aluminum, and have a plastic coating for surface protection, offering a long service life and easy cleaning.

6. The entire unit can be used within a fume hood.

7. Equipped with a gas flow meter, it allows for adjustment of the intake flow rate, with clear readings to prevent gas loss and waste.

8. Standard heating block specifications typically feature a hole diameter of ∮15mm. Customers can pre-order special hole sizes and shapes for custom specifications.
