The Agilent/Thermo Fisher Liquid Chromatography Nitrogen Generator is an advanced gas separation technology that produces high-purity nitrogen using imported Korean membrane air separation. After compression and filtration by a compressor, the air enters a high molecular membrane filter. Due to the different solubility and diffusion coefficients of various gases in the membrane, the relative permeation rates of different gases in the membrane vary. Under certain pressure conditions, the separation of oxygen and nitrogen is achieved by utilizing the different permeation rates of these gases with different properties in the membrane. Compared to other nitrogen production equipment, it boasts simpler structure, smaller size, no switching valves, less maintenance, faster gas production (≤3 minutes), and easy expansion.
